A Fundraising Gala for Woolwich Counselling Centre

Join us as we celebrate a remarkable milestone — 50 years of Woolwich Counselling Centre, a cornerstone of community-based mental health support, built by the very community it continues to serve.

This special evening will feature a musical keynote by Séan McCann, founding member of Great Big Sea, recipient of the Order of Canada, and a passionate advocate for mental health and recovery. Through stories, connection, and community spirit, we’ll celebrate the people, partnerships, and perseverance that have defined our past and continue to guide our future.

We invite you to help us reach our goal of raising $50,000 to strengthen access to mental health support across our community.

Funds raised will help:

• • Provide a free first counselling session for residents of Woolwich and Wellesley Townships
  • Subsidize quick response services to children and youth
  • Support low-cost public workshops and small group therapy
  • Offer a sliding fee scale for counselling sessions for those in financial need

Together, we can ensure that cost is never a barrier to care and that compassionate professional support remains within reach for everyone who calls our community home.

Ticket Information

Early Bird (Until Jan. 31):

• • $150 per individual ticket
  • $1200 per table of eight

Regular Admission (Until Mar. 12):

• • $175 per individual ticket
  • $1400 per table of eight

Tickets include access to:

  • Live silent auction
  • Social hour with cash bar and a seated three-course dinner with one complimentary drink
