Commitment to Clients

Whenever possible, clients will have communication in their own language and culture via access to therapists, extended family members, and/or research made by the therapist. When Woolwich Counselling Centre is not able to accommodate clients based on their needs (whether cultural, accessibility, etc.) to the best of our ability, a commitment will be made to refer the client to another service that will better suit their needs.

We will attempt to provide resources and material that are reflective of the ethnic, cultural, and spiritual traditions of the persons served.
